Preserve the original decision
Copy the exact notice, its date and the affected asset ID. Record the submitted ad and destination version. Distinguish a rejected advertisement from a restricted account or another business asset. Meta describes review at both ad and business-asset level, so the object named in the decision matters.
Keep a screenshot for your records, but remove private information before sharing it with a supplier. Never include passwords, recovery codes or unrelated customer data in a request for help.
Match evidence to the stated reason
Create two columns: the issue identified and the fact that responds to it. A broken URL needs evidence that the destination now works. A claim needs relevant support. An authorization question needs the actual documentation requested, rather than a sales screenshot from an account provider.
If the original issue is valid, correct it genuinely and describe the correction. If you disagree, explain the precise factual disagreement. Do not claim that nothing changed if the ad, product or landing page has actually been modified.
Use a short request structure
The following is an organizational template, not an official form or a script guaranteed to obtain approval. Adapt it to the fields and evidence requested in your platform interface.
- Asset: [type and ID], decision received [date].
- Reason shown: [accurate summary of the notice].
- Position: [specific correction made or factual disagreement].
- Evidence: [relevant page, record or authorization].
- Request: please review the identified decision using this information.
Submit through the available official route
Open the platform directly and use the review or support action offered for that decision, if one is available. Complete the verification tasks it requires. The presence of a template in this article does not mean every account has a review button or another appeal available.
Save the confirmation and case reference. Assign one person to follow the case so different team members do not submit contradictory explanations. Record further instructions instead of guessing a response deadline or promising a customer immediate reinstatement.
Keep paid support distinct from the platform outcome
A supplier can help organize evidence or explain account context. The platform still makes the decision. Do not hide the destination, invent documents or move the same unresolved violation to another account as a substitute for review.
Elite Ecom offers account-related support separately from account supply. Ask for the proposed work, fee and conditions before an intervention. A clear description of the original notice is the most useful starting point for that conversation.
